Has anyone had experience with Natera Signatera blood testing?

Yes. I get this and a PET scan every 3 mos. Mine was positive, then after Opdualag the 20 lung lesions were gone. The next SIGNATERA was neg but I had a new (different from the 20) lung nodules. Probably was neg because it was too small 2 mm. I had the test last Friday 1/30 so I’ll see what this one shows. My PET scan is Monday 2/9. 🙏🍀

My doc said they are going to switch me from the Opdevo to the Opdualag along with another round of radiation. I am hoping your test comes back negative and your scan is clean!! Will be thinking and praying it all goes well.

I have not had the blood test yet. I discussed it with my oncologist and he said we could do it but it's very expensive. He also confirmed what I had read that's in not always the most accurate test. I'm having my first PET scan on Saturday since my diagnosis of metastatic melanoma in my left lung in October. I just took my third immunotherapy treatment of Opdualag. Had to postpone after #2 because of elevated liver enzymes. It's a journey folks. Faith and hope are the keys. Also, be your own medical advocate.

My 1/30 Signatera was positive 😪. My LFT are elevated sometimes and normal sometimes. So far, the last 3 have been normal. A lot better numbers on Opdualag.
