Has anyone experienced colitis from immunotherapy treatment?

I just started having this problem 2 mos ago after my 14th treatment of Opdualag. I have not had a normal poop since. I’m living on Imodium and never know when I have to go. I can spend a couple hours in the bathroom. How are you handling this?

My oncologist said as long as I’m not going more then 4-5 times a day, just take Imodium. I find if I go somewhere and will be eating, I take 2 Imodium before. So far, it is working.
