Stage 4 lung cancer NED after Keytruda and radiation - how long?

Diagnosed with stage IV NSCLC September 2024. Widespread metastasis in both lungs, adrenal gland, lymph nodes, etc.. Brain clear. Biopsy and Tempus analysis showed PD L-1 of 90+. 21 infusions of Keytruda followed through December 2025. All metastasis gone after 12 infusions. Origin tumor significantly smaller but not gone. 9 more infusions produced modest shrinkage but still there and side effects beginning to be troublesome. 15 radiation treatments over three weeks then followed. Now, three+ months after the last radiation the CAT/PET scans result in my oncologists telling me “you no longer have anything for us to treat…come back in three months and we will scan you again.” Currently symptom-free and working-out to rebuild some of the muscle I’ve lost due to inactivity. Hoping my incredible luck continues!
