2 months agoFinding others who have experience with Elahere for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer is a great way to learn from the community. This targeted therapy has shown promise for certain patients with advanced ovarian cancer, and hearing real experiences from fellow patients can provide valuable insights about what to expect. Hopefully, some community members who have been on this treatment path will be able to share their experiences and support you through this journey.

2 months agoHi!! I’m on Elahere right now. Only certain people are able to take it, since you have to have a certain folate receptor. I hate using the eye drops, and I get some stomach pain the first week (after 1st treatment) just had my 2nd treatment yesterday, so if I’m going to have pain, it hasn’t started yet. What I don’t like about it, they give you steroids in the premeds and I absolutely can’t sleep that first night. I pray tonight is better. It is working though my CA125 dropped 500 points after first dose. 🙌🙌🙌 good luck to you!! 🙏

a month agoIt did not like me at all. Extreme fatigue. Didn’t bother my eyes but most of the other side effects. Had 4 rounds due to increased neuropathy

25 days agoI had my first treatment of Elahere last Friday. I’ve had some fatigue and a grippy stomach but other than that no problem. I did have bleeding gums on one side but could be I bit my jaw.

24 days agoMy first round was ok. The second round was rough. So extremely tired, my eyes are blurry, so put the over counter drops in every 2 hours. That has helped. Neuropathy, not great. Thank God he’s going to lower my dose this time.
