What to expect with bone metastasis treatment and prognosis?

Hi everyone and my well wishes with you all.. My mother has been diagnosed with breast Cancer from 2021. She had mastectomy in left side first followed by 8 chemo cycles and 30 radiation cycles. After all this doctor suggested to take letrozole. Then after 3.5 years ( in 2025 july) cancer recurred to right side pelvic bone and again doctor started endocrine therapy with Anastrazole + palbociclib and 5 radio sessions also given to the localised pelvic bone and after all these we did pet scan again and found that cancer has spread other bones too and now it is like 4th stage, bone metastasis. So now doctor has suggested to take denosumab (bone targetted drug for bone support) along with flavocerant and ribociclib. My mother has hormone receptors like er pr +ve and her2 -ve. So could you please guide if anyone has the same conditions and what could be the upcoming scenarios to handle with??
