a year agoI had mastectomy and breast reconstruction a month later at my left breast for in situ stage1. Now after 8 months my implant hurts and seems dropped. What to do? Is it BIL?
Accepted Answer
Pain and changes in implant position after breast reconstruction can be concerning and definitely warrant professional evaluation. It's important to reach out to your plastic surgeon or oncology team to discuss these symptoms, as they can properly assess whether this might be related to implant complications and recommend the best next steps. Other community members who have been through similar experiences may also share helpful insights about their own reconstruction journeys.
