Finding a primary doctor with emergency Medicaid can be challenging, but many cancer centers and community health centers accept Medicaid and can help coordinate care quickly for urgent cases like yours. The panic attacks are completely understandable given this overwhelming situation - consider reaching out to your local cancer center's patient navigator or social worker who can help connect you with both medical care and emotional support resources during this difficult time.

First off calm down we’re all here to help and listen. The whole journey is hell. It becomes very challenging at times. I went 8 clear than on the pet-scan almost 5 years ago my spine lite up. Oh I forgot to mention I started out with breast cancer. It had spread to my bones in my back. My Dr. tired chemo pill after chemo pill but markers were flying upward. So I’m on immune therapy every 3 weeks. All I can tell u my back pain is gone. I don’t know how much longer I have to stick with this but whatever it is it is. Meanwhile keep in touch and let me know how u are doing if u ever with to vent im here. My name is Mary

All cancer centers and hospitals and Drs. have take a certain amount of patients who have a problem like u do. Talk to the patient advocate at any hospital and they should be able to help u. I do whenever I have problem. I have service animals the security we’re giving me a problem so I told him to call the patient advocate or talk to my Dr. he ran so fast out of my sight my husband and I couldn’t believe it. Well he was a real a-hole anyway. But they’re there to help u. She’ll Suggest someone that can help u. Let me know how it works out. U’re going to do fine! Good luck. Please keep in touch. Mary❤️

Is it common for your oncologist to be your PCP and prescriber for all your meds? I am exhausted with the amount of apts that have left me without a PCP and what my breast surgeon or my oncologist to be my PCP.
