7 months agoKathryn sends you prayers for healing and speedy recovery. I had my lumpectomy surgery on April 30. My first chemotherapy treatment is on July 11.

7 months agoHey Kathryn, I had lumpectomy (6mm) on 6/12, and I was surprised that I had no pain. I didn’t go to work for 2 days plus weekend because of managing the drain, but otherwise I considered work. I have less energy, but I expected worse. Those little guys are a lot to keep up with, and I hope your experience is like mine and not too bad. I haven’t had chemo yet so I don’t know about that. I’m glad you’ve got your family around you.
