Newley diagnosed with Er/pr/her2- Idc with mucinous features. Anyone seen this on their path report? I guess it’s kinda rare but I’m finding conflicting info on it online. I’m still in the waiting phase for staging. I’m only 39 and had a mastectomy already in 2020 for DCIS. Unclear yet if this is a reoccurrence or something missed on previous surgeries and follow up imaging. Either way the whole thing f$&@ing sucks and I feel like someone is playing a sick twisted game on me :( . Ki67 of 16%. Can’t really understand if that’s considered high or low… thanks for any replays!

Mucinous breast cancer with IDC features is indeed less common, and it's completely understandable to feel overwhelmed while waiting for staging results. Many community members have shared similar experiences with rare subtypes and the frustration of finding conflicting information online. This community has patients who've faced various breast cancer diagnoses, including those with mucinous features, so connecting with others here who understand this journey firsthand could be really valuable during this difficult time.

Disease starts in your stomach ladies. Please go see a functional integrative doctor. You’re so young you’ve already had a mastectomy that’s the first thing they tell you to do. They don’t tell you hey you’re having a mastectomy so protocol is that you start cleaning your gut out and you stay on an anti-inflammatory diet, Organic food, because our food is filled with toxic waste cancer causing crap. You eat Organic read the labels. You’ll see that everything that’s in them is junk cancer-causing under your kitchen sink crap. You’ll learn to make things yourself and know what’s in it. Along with toxic makeup, Perfume, cleaning products even the bras we wear. Please re-search look outside of the box. Don’t just look the conventional way. It’s a Trillion dollar business. God made our bodies to heal naturally. You have to get to the cause of what’s causing the cancer. Did you have reconstruction?

I have hers positive stage one grade 2. I had a lump ectomy in December. It’s now March I just got mapped for radiation. I did not do chemotherapy. There’s really no need for it because mine was so so tiny I was talked into radiation I did not have any nodes removed. I am very reluctant to receive any treatment. I think most doctors are way too aggressive for early stage breast cancer. Be your own advocate! Best of luck🙏

Hi, Thanks for the replay! Yes I had a saline implant in a delayed reconstructive a week after the mastectomy. No radiation tho. The thing is, I already eat very healthy. Buy only organic, no red meat, lower my toxic load as best as I can. But i guess it wasn’t enough :( they are going to want to put me on endocrine therapy and I’m so scared and sad about that at 39 :(
