Does anyone have heterogeneity of disease? Most of my lymph nodes are ER+, but one was triple negative.

Hormone receptor heterogeneity between different lymph nodes can occur, and it's a topic that many patients find confusing when they're newly diagnosed. This variation in receptor status between the primary tumor and lymph nodes, or even between different lymph nodes, is something that oncologists take into account when developing treatment plans. Many others in this community have navigated similar situations and may be able to share their experiences with you.
