It's completely natural to feel anxious before such a significant surgery, and these feelings are shared by many others in this community who have walked a similar path. Consider trying relaxation techniques like deep breathing, gentle meditation, or speaking with your medical team about your concerns - they may have additional resources or reassurance that could help ease your stress in these final few days.

Hi Lidia, I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm going in on June 12th, and I have been going back and forth about it myself. It's extremely difficult, at least for me, to find a place of calmness. I try to keep busy and keep up with my normal everyday life. I don't believe you can be fully calm. You are going to have good and bad days. I also yake cbd/the tincture when I feel like I can't breathe. It's hard, it will be hard, but you will come out of this. Talk about it, and let people know how you feel. Get outside help if need be. I'm praying for you 🙏❤️ Ask your team as well for guidance and help with speaking to someone.

Oh yes!! When I'm with my grandkids, I forget everything. They fill my ❤️ But, yes, even if you are busy, it's still on your mind. I went away for 2 weeks, and even on that trip, I cried a few times about it. We will be ok. If you are OK with it and when you feel better, let me know how it went and how you are feeling 🙏
