Is treatment worth it with stage 4 ovarian cancer?

I had my hysterectomy 22 years ago. They left one ovary in. it went cystic and had to be removed 5 years ago surgeon said everything was clear. 4 months ago started having problems with constipation, and lower abdominal discomfort. Went to a provider who happened to draw labs she sent me to ED for a critical hgb if 6.3. Wheres the blood going no evidence anywhere. CT scaned stated peritoneal carcinomatosis. Biopsy of my omentum reads high grade serous carcinoma. Ca-125 is 37. Waiting to see the oncologist,wondering if treatment may be worse then the cancer.
