9 days agoI have Stage IV prostate cancer and I'm looking at different treatment options. My doctor mentioned several approaches including hormone-blocking medications that reduce testosterone, radiation therapy for specific areas, and combination treatments that use multiple methods together. There seem to be quite a few ways to manage this, and I'm trying to understand what to expect. I'd really value hearing from others who have been through similar treatment decisions. Your experiences and insights would mean a lot as I navigate this. • If you've used hormone therapy or combination treatments, what was your day-to-day experience like? • What do you wish you had known when you were first exploring these treatment options?
