I’ve been in therapy for over a year now. My therapist is the best! I really like guided meditation and relaxation therapy, it helps me tremendously. Best wishes 💕

I had my 2nd session with my therapist today. I also saw my oncologist, scans were good. I'm going to do a sleep study for cancer patients. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. It's harder to stay positive when I am sleep deprived. They teach mediation to help.
