a month agoI have extreme anxiety, to the point I throw up daily. I take my meds but I’m trying to relax on my own. It’s so hard because I have to go back to work.

a month agoSevere work-related anxiety that leads to physical symptoms like vomiting can feel overwhelming, especially when managing cancer treatment alongside everyday responsibilities. While medication is important, combining it with relaxation techniques like deep breathing exercises, mindfulness, or gentle movement can sometimes help ease anxiety symptoms. Consider discussing these severe symptoms with your healthcare team, as they may be able to suggest additional strategies or adjustments to help you feel more comfortable as you transition back to work.
