Taking tukysa and capecitabine and have hand a foot issues (150 mg tukysa BID due to liver and 1000 mg capecitabine BID). Any suggestions on making feet feel better? The bottoms have been so sore occasionally can hardly walk.

Hand and foot syndrome from these medications can be incredibly challenging and painful. Many people in this community have found relief through gentle foot soaks, thick moisturizing creams with urea, cushioned shoes or inserts, and avoiding hot water - though it's worth discussing these symptoms with your care team since they may be able to adjust dosing or provide prescription treatments that could help manage this side effect more effectively.
