Understanding the side effects of Kisqali can be really important as you navigate your treatment journey. Many community members have shared their experiences with various treatments, and hearing from others who understand what you're going through can provide valuable insights and reassurance that you're not alone in managing these challenges.

I started out at 400mg with that the side effects I had were fatigue, some mild nausea and diarrhea a few times. The worst was joint pains but I don’t know if that was from the fulvesterant since I started it at the same time. It does lower your white blood cells and Red blood cells. Mine were really low, I think that caused some of the diarrhea. They reduced my dose to 200 due to that, red blood cells still low so that’s probably causing the fatigue. On the reduced dose I am feeling better but the problem always figuring out what is causing the problems- is it KISQALI, the fulvesterant or the cancer. They don’t know what is causing the problem or maybe all of them.

Hi Jane, having a lot of stomach issues. I was Wegovy also before I was diagnosed. She said to stay on it to help with the inflammation. Couldn’t do both, i was too sick. I’m upset about, there’s so much that the Wegovy can help the cancer stay at bay.

Hi Jane, I did well on Kisquali with no side effects except a really itchy upper back. My medical Oncologist said I was allergic to it and lowered the dose. The lower dose did not stop cancer progression so my Oncologist took me off it and put me on truqap.

The Kisqali 600 is thinning my already thin, fine hair, my eyelashes and eyebrows. I also have nausea, muscle cramps, and I'm very tired every day. Chemo caused peripheral pulmonary fibrosis in 2018, but it had been stable until I started Kisqali. Now, it's also in the central area of my lungs. (I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer in my lungs in November 2025.) I'm praying, and trusting, that God will continue to bless me with many more years. (Seventy years young, and I'm grateful for every day!) 🙏

The combination of Kisquali and Truqaq is killing me. I take Imodium before my morning dose But I throw up my night dose of Truqaq yesterday. I have an aggressive breast cancer so Om afraid what will happen if my dose gets lowered or changed.
