Hello Everyone, How long does it take to recover your energy after radiation treatments?

Energy recovery after radiation varies greatly from person to person, with some feeling better within a few weeks while others may need several months to fully regain their strength. The fatigue from radiation can be especially challenging when managing metastatic breast cancer, so it's completely understandable to wonder about the timeline for feeling more like yourself again.

It took me about a month, but I felt better a little bit each day.

Hi, it took me a while because I had radiation treatments M-F for six weeks on two separate occasions.

After I was done, I drank quarts of green tea and ate lots of berries and anything with antioxidants. I got a lot better in just a few days.
