Sudden changes in side effects after years of stable treatment can be concerning and definitely warrant attention from your healthcare team. It's important to contact your oncologist or treatment team promptly about this new severe diarrhea, especially since it's not responding to usual remedies and you're feeling weak - they may need to evaluate whether this could be related to your treatment or if there might be another cause that needs addressing.

Definitely contact your doctor. If you're thirsty, have low BP let the nurse you may be dehydrated and need IV fluids. Your doctor can give you a prescription for a stronger diarrhea med, as well. Take care and advocate for yourself.
