Has anyone tried Enhertu for stage 4 metastatic breast cancer?

I just completed my second infusion of Enhertu. So far, very minor side effects. I've been sleeping more days after treatment but energy levels are good.

I just started Enhurtu 3 weeks ago. The first week my main complaint was constipation- but I think it was from the steroids/nausea meds the Dr gave me. I have my 2nd infusion tomorrow, so still trying to figure everything out. I started noticing my hair falling out about a week ago, and it’s gotten worse each day. I have very thick hair, so not noticeable to anyone else yet, but it’s just frustrating. I’m not going to use my old wig from initial diagnosis- not sure if I want the wig at all- might just do beanies/scarves this time around!

Hi Jennifer It is a battle between constipation and diarrhea. I had my third treatment yesterday and I think I figured it out. I do a lot of fiber and probiotics prior to the treatment and I didn’t get constipated this time s o I’m very happy. I have lost most of my hair already.

I have been in Enhertu for 5 -6 infusions every 3 weeks and Fulvestrant every 4 weeks. I like this treatment way better that Truqup. My BRMA went high then dropped a lot recently. I feel good. I do sleep 9-10 hours a night and often enjoy laying still vs napping daily. I wish you well. There’s a support group at Breast cancer .org and the participants are all over the nation. Please join.

Starting to see the hair loss. Wasn't prepared for that again but guess I should expect to lose it all again.

Does anyone have symptoms the week after they get their Enhertu chemo? I had my third treatment last week had very mild side effects and then this week I have really bad side effects.

Have been on Enhertu for one year. Minimal side effects yet constipation was one that I righted with MiraLAX every morning for a week. Now have lung inflammation that pulmonologist and oncology team believe to be caused by Enhertu..no sign of infection, tb, etc. Currently on steroid to calm inflammation and off Enhertu. Anyone else experience this?
