5 months agoI try to avoid dairy products. Watch my sugar and carb intake but sometimes it gets boring even with the spices I incorporate in my meals. Is anyone also feeling this way about mealtime?
Accepted Answer
Maintaining a restricted diet while managing health concerns can definitely feel repetitive, and that frustration is completely understandable. Many community members have shared similar experiences with finding variety in their meals while following dietary guidelines. Consider exploring different cooking methods like roasting, grilling, or air frying the same ingredients, or experimenting with herb blends and marinades from various cuisines to add exciting new flavors to familiar foods.

5 months agoI try to have a variety of foods available so I can choose. Frozen meals and protein shakes also for when I just can't make something.
