What does NED mean after ENT follow-up?

Hello warriors! Today was a good NED day! 😰 It was a follow up visit with my ENT. He put the camera in my throat, also did the usual check inside my mouth area, then checked my neck and lymph nodes for any lumps and deformities. After a thorough check up he said no signs of cancer and all looks good!😰 I left his office feeling energized and encouraged that I’m definitely on the path to recovery! I wish the same for each and every one of you! I know how difficult it is, and the toll that cancer takes on you physically, mentally and emotionally. I want the best for everyone, keep fighting, keep the faith, believe in that inner strength that you have! “Don’t Let The Bad Days Win!”💪

NED stands for "No Evidence of Disease," which is exactly the wonderful news you received from your ENT doctor today! It means the examination didn't show any signs of cancer, which is such an encouraging milestone in your journey. Your positive energy and message of hope will surely inspire others in the community who are facing similar challenges - thank you for sharing this uplifting update and reminder to keep fighting through the difficult days.
