Many find that combining gentle activities like deep breathing, journaling, or listening to calming music with professional counseling support helps build resilience through this challenging time.

2 months agoHello Monique! It’s not always easy to stay strong, but that’s okay, we all know how hard it is to stay strong and positive all the time. The main thing is to not give up. All of us can relate because we have all been there. Cancer and the treatments will test you physically, mentally, spiritually. It changes you in all the fore mentioned ways, but you become a stronger version of yourself. Keep fighting, even the smallest amount of progress is still progress! Just know that we are all here to receive and offer support, because we all have been or are going through the same things. Stay strong 💪 keep fighting! “Don’t Let The Bad Days Win!”
