I have stage 4 cancer, I have gone thru 6 months of chemo and now show no detectable signs of cancer. This is Very unusual for a stage 4 patient..I have had skin and throat cancer for 30 years. My cancer is now in my esophagus, liver, and lymph nodes. I am trying to keep a good attitude but I also know it is one day at the time. I’m 71 years old and been thru Hell in my Life. Right now I am Very Happy to be here. I am a Faithful Person, Butt sometimes You wonder WHY? I Pray for all to try and be Happy with the Life You have Left. We are all going to die…it is just difficult to have a time frame. My BEST to Everyone!

Terrell, You hit the nail on the head my friend.. I’m 73 and was diagnosed with stage 4 as well.. I opted out of treatment a year and a half ago and gave it all to Our Lord and Savior.. What was supposed to be maybe a year possibly two if I went along with their treatments has blessed me with six plus months of happiness with my family.. Prayer is the only thing that matters as far as I’m concerned. We all gotta go sometime like you said that’s why every day is special. I’m so grateful and at peace it’s amazing to me. Every morning I wake at sunrise I get down on my knees and pray for everyone here on this site and for everyone going through this.. Join me tomorrow from the comfort of your home and pray with me Terrell. God Bless Thomas O PS You might want to check out this video I’m attaching.. Have some Kleenex near by. You’ll also find out something you never knew too.. I did..! There’s so much we’ve been lied to about.. https://youtube.com/shorts/pLu8ErAPUGM?si=0aqq2JMXdCLG5E39

What wonderful news about achieving no detectable cancer after treatment - this kind of response, while not common in advanced cases, does happen and represents the power of modern cancer therapies combined with individual factors that medical teams are still working to fully understand. The resilience and positive outlook shared here, along with the wisdom about taking life one day at a time, offers real inspiration to others facing similar journeys in this community.

I am cancer free after stage 4 endometrial cancer. Chemo, keytruda and a zero sugar diet. Fasting around treatment. Close monitoring. Diligence and being proactive. I'm not a religious person and facing death hasn't changed that. But you can never relax and take for granted remaining cancer free. I'm 80 years old and I'm not ready to throw in the towel. Here's hope for everyone.

Mary B I was given 6 to 12 maybe 18 months with stage 3 peritoneal cancer. I am on 37 months. I have been treated the whole time never been cancer free. Prayer works and having a wonderful medical team that keeps trying another treatment when one starts to fail. My current medication topotecan I have been on 13 months. I have avastin some too. Hang in there. I am proud to be 75. I don’t have Braca1 or Braca2. I’m platinum intolerant but not in organs. The lymph nodes are where mine have collected for years. The chemo has kept it out of my organs. 8 in 1 million get this rare cancer. Treatable not cureable.

Hey, Terrell, Thanks for this great encouragement! Every time I start to feel fearful I remember Psalm 139:16 “All the days of my life were ordained for me when as yet there were none of them” God knows how many days we have so I don’t have to worry about it! I find that very freeing. Keep the Faith, everyone! We’ll smile about this in Heaven 😊
