Hey Richard, I don't think any of us need to worry about apologies for having a hard or bad day, especially in a group like this. Just don't let the bad days win! This is a quote from another group member, I wish I could claim that I came up with it but I didn't. I know what bad days are and sometimes we do need to take a break and regroup but try to always be thinking about regrouping and putting on your warrior hat and fighting like a warrior. I believe that having a positive attitude is really important and should be a part of the treatment regimen. I'm sending you positive energy and strength to help you fight like a warrior throughout your difficult journey! Take good care.
