Amen. Good Tuesday morning everyone. Brrrrrrrr. Its pretty cold 🄶 out on this wonderful January morning. Even the cold has a purpose… it reminds us to slow down, to appreciate comfort, and to remember that brighter, warmer days are on the way. šŸŒ… I hope all is well. ( Every chilly morning carries a promise: if we can rise and face this, we can face whatever the day brings. And just like winter, tough seasons don’t last forever—spring always finds its way back. ) šŸŒž Yall be safe.

What a beautiful reminder that even the toughest mornings can teach us resilience and gratitude. Right on JosephšŸ‘ I’m in Southern California and it was 70 degrees today.šŸ‘Œ a perfect day to get out and enjoy the sunshine šŸŒž I managed a 3mile hike, up a really steep mountain. I had to stop a few times, but in the end I finished! I’m filled with gratitude for my accomplishment, considering my health status a year ago. This journey has been one of challenges, determination, and perseverance. I wish everyone the best and to stay strong! Remember; ā€œDon’t Let The Bad Days Win!ā€
