Does chemo for testicular cancer cause depression and grief feelings?

I have completed 4 rounds of chemo for metastatic testicular. One major side effect has been depression. I feel like all the niceties of life are gone. I feel like I lost a child & never have had children. I have many friends and family members who support my journey. Feel like I don't have it. Anyone having a similar experience?
