Facing repeated scan results showing progression can feel overwhelming and emotionally exhausting. Many in this community understand the unique mental health challenges that come with these difficult updates, and finding healthy coping strategies - whether through mindfulness practices, connecting with others who truly get it, or working with mental health professionals experienced in cancer care - can provide some stability during these uncertain times.

How old are you Lyle? What kind of cancer do you have and what are you trying to do besides the chemo to help yourself? The minute I found out I had stage four liver cancer and it was metastatic. I started reading about what I can do for myself and through other friends they told me about these other places where I can get holistic meds to help myself out, so I started doing it and one woman was drinking anxiety, which is good for your intestines. If you had intestinal cancer, I didn’t have intestinal cancer, but I thought it would be beneficial for me to start doing something And I started doing that and then I started buying more holistic stuff from a woman on Facebook. it’s called God‘s herbs heal and I was doing that I was doing a couple different protocols and you just have to stay on top of it and do it. It sucks but you have to do it. You have to push yourself. It’s like going to the gym, you have to push yourself and do it. I don’t care how tired you are you gotta get up and go do it and you will get by and the most important thing you can do is stay positive in your thoughts pray a lot, eat healthy and whatever you’re doing know that you’re doing good and you will see positive results as long as you remain positive and don’t do things that are gonna hurt you let’s see that’s the best advice I can give you you know I pray for you, my man that’s just my story my advice to you and I hope that it helps you amen buddy. I’ll be looking for your chat. Keep it up man you’re in this win this and people say you have cancer you say yes I do. I got cancer by the nuts and I’m gonna kick its Ass .

I don't know you but you're in my thoughts. I'm so sorry you're going through this but we are all in this together. It helps me a little just to know there's someone else out there that knows what I'm going through and knows the pain that I'm feeling. Takes a little bit of that loneliness away at least. I wish you the best and I hope it helps you as well, even in the smallest way

I’m completely understand that feeling Lyle. I feel like I’m surrounded by bad news, and more tests.
