Summertime I want to enjoy this summer because this summer I'm allowed to go swimming I wasn't able to for about 2 years let her walk on the boardwalk without waiting I lost my car too one day at the beach and I said I can't come back here again not yet but I would like to know what other people do for the summer and you know what happened to me I can see look underwater with elf goggles just have it right before I was diagnosed with cancer it's really weird that I could go in the ocean and look underwater without anything and eating it's nice to have a lot of fresh fruit it's really hard to stay out of political arena because when you go to the doctors to get treatment they talk about it that's TV then and then and when they won't pay for something Medicare I got a workers comp for it so I don't get it that everything should be covered I should have to pay that 20% because I got it at work at exposure to radiation to 11:00 so that's why I got workers comp but didn't change my life it just may be here that ringing that you guys say with chemo I hear 24 hours a day 7 days a week for 16 years0 I can't wait for not to be on but it is what it is at least I got broken in a years ago before I had the covid I mean breast cancer and I don't know I just need to stop I have to get busy and do something I take care of my parents so I'm pretty busy with that I don't even want to and on my new plan I have to go for total facial reconstruction because of the chemo melted my bone to the point that it snapped my nose my orbital the back of my head and I got to skull fracture took me about a year and a half before I actually thought that I was going to live again so I mean there are a lot of hiccups but man if there's not if you don't believe in God you're nuts then because he put he he tell me one I can believe in so have a good day and I'll try to get on more often and share my feelings dvb

What a meaningful milestone to be able to swim again after two years! Summer can offer wonderful opportunities for cancer survivors to reconnect with activities that bring joy - from gentle water activities and beach walks to enjoying fresh seasonal fruits that can be both nourishing and refreshing. Many survivors find that starting slowly with activities they once loved, while also discovering new hobbies or connecting with supportive community activities, helps create positive summer memories during recovery.

While it's wonderful to focus on joyful activities, I think it's equally important to ask your care team about managing the ongoing challenges like tinnitus and facial reconstruction - they might have resources or support groups that could help make summer activities even more enjoyable.

How does having breast cancer affect you mentally. I just had my reconstruction surgery May 11th. I can't seem to focus, I just feel like I'm in a daze all the time.

Facial reConstruction 99.9% chance of died in 5 years when you have facial fractures away I've had from I mean from the archiva so I'm getting it done probably the next two months and I can you know do a little bit more than I have I was just very excited about things I might be able to do again and very tired today and through the hospital see my mom and I like to take a walk on the boardwalk please I've been doing pretty privately lately you need going to get cancer and everything and everybody gets really busy because you get better and it's a big commitment to support somebody who had breast cancer cancer to stay with you and I hope you're on the house and stuff and so we hired for a hired house and do laundry which helps a lot of able to I try to get government assistance to help you with some financially no so I had to ask for legal help and we'll see what happens just for financial and safety issues we're concerned to government because they're very biased that times when it comes to take care of people and your family it's almost that they want you to like complain and I don't like them take care of things nice and easy and move on I can't believe how bad the system is that I'm a nurse after being exposed to ars radiation 2011 oct I could never trust to stay still to follow up with the CDC what you're supposed to call me but anyways beautiful day today and very tired I have tried to wake up if you never break a puppy like breakfast and I want to thank God Jesus Christ and Sunday morning to be alive be able to breathe and to have some form of gratitude thanks for everyone who gave me some feedback have a beautiful Sunday and peace..dvb
