3 months agoI've been up since 4am im feeling so scared and cold woke me up ..I need some sleep i.have the pet scan later today...im thinking the worst π«

3 months agoTrina , first itβs ok to be scared BUT I have to say starting today! Right now! I want you to start being positive and to be strong and be stronger than you have ever been before in your life. Cβmon! You can do it definitely!!!!!! Have faith in God , the doctors, the nurses, the medicines and above all YOU!!! Beating cancer takes everything you can imagine I had 20 treatments and fine foot pool ally I got got my last chemotherapy treatment now Iβm on immunotherapy now I had 5 treatments . Iβm not going to let this bum me out! I want you to have the same energy can you do this??? Let me hear ya girl!!!

3 months agoPre-scan anxiety is completely understandable, and many people in this community experience similar feelings before important medical appointments. Try some gentle breathing exercises, listen to calming music, or do light stretching to help ease both the anxiety and help your body relax enough for some rest before your scan.

3 months agoI can definitely relate to the stress of scan day. I try to remind myself that knowledge is power. The unknown is often scarier than the known. I pray and pray for strength and healing. I will pray for you.πππ½π
