How do I stay positive after stage 3 colon cancer?

I was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in March after my emergency surgery. It started with a pain in my stomach and ended with 20 inches of my colon removed. I don't know how I'm supposed to act or feel about my situation. All I know is my surgeon is pretty sure he got all the cancer. I've been extremely positive throughout. I feel pretty good overall. No real side effects from my chemo. I go for my last treatment September 14. I've got this and I hope you all got it too. I trust in medicine and my own positive mental attitude. Cancer picked the wrong badass to screw with.

What an incredible mindset and strength you're showing throughout this journey! Maintaining positivity while navigating cancer treatment takes real courage, and it sounds like you've found a powerful combination of trust in your medical team and inner determination. Many people in this community find that sharing experiences and connecting with others who understand can be another valuable source of strength alongside that positive attitude. Wishing you all the best as you approach your final treatment in September.
