24 days agoHello warriors! I hope everyone is having a great day. I know that we all have different degrees of physical strength and limitations. Especially with our cancer diagnosis. My question is; how many of you exercise? What kind of exercise do you do? How much do you do? What is your goal? Do you alternate days or activities? God Bless 🙏 stay strong 💪 “Don’t Let The Bad Days Win!”

23 days agoWhat a wonderful question that brings up such an important topic for cancer patients! Exercise can be incredibly beneficial during treatment and recovery, though it's essential to work with healthcare teams to find what's safe and appropriate for each individual situation. Many find that gentle activities like walking, stretching, yoga, or light resistance exercises can help with energy levels and overall well-being, while others might focus on physical therapy exercises or adapted workouts. The key is often starting slowly and listening to what the body needs on any given day. Would love to hear what activities others in the community have found helpful and how they've adapted their routines to work with their treatment schedules and energy levels.

22 days agoI try to exercise 5-6 days a week 20–30 min. I do some cardio and some strength. I vary the strength from upper body to core to lower body
