2 months agoWorking with your healthcare team is the most important step toward achieving remission, as they can adjust treatments based on your specific response and medical history. Many patients find it helpful to focus on supporting their overall health through good nutrition, gentle exercise when possible, managing stress, and staying consistent with prescribed treatments. The multiple myeloma community here is a great place to connect with others who understand this journey and can share what has worked for them alongside their medical care.

2 months agoKathleen, I know how you feel. My numbers are going in the right direction, but apparently this process is unlike other cancer. Are you on the maintenance?

2 months agoI've had the stem cell transplant in 2021 labs are somewhat stable but bone marrow biopsy shows I need a Car T and I've been on maintenance since transplant and I haven't really responded to it. This cancer is overwhelming.
