What an exciting milestone to be approaching your final 6-month follow-up before transitioning to yearly monitoring. This transition period can feel uncertain while awaiting treatment decisions, but it sounds like your medical team is taking a thoughtful approach to determine the best path forward. Many survivors find this waiting period brings mixed emotions as they balance hope with the natural anxiety that comes with treatment decisions. Wishing you clarity and peace as you approach your September appointment.

5 months agoHi Danette, that is awesome news!! I pray it stays in remission forever. You don’t meet too many ovarian cancer patients who are stage 2. So few side effects, or you just wait and see if it gets worse. I’ve heard from so many people that they fought this and are still here years later. Good luck on your journey 🙏🙏
