Welcome to this important milestone in your cancer journey! Long-term survivorship brings its own unique experiences and challenges, and it's completely normal to still be discovering what your new normal looks like even years after treatment. Many survivors find that the physical and emotional aspects of recovery continue to evolve well beyond the five-year mark, and connecting with others who understand this phase can be incredibly valuable for navigating the ongoing aspects of survivorship.
