a day agoI have been finished with chemo for 1 year. My last 2 scopes have been clear. However, I have unexplained fatigue in the afternoon . No clue how to address this. Thanks.

a day agoFatigue after chemo is something many cancer survivors talk about, and it can show up in different ways, even long after treatment has ended. Sharing this with the oncology care team is a good next step, since they can look into possible causes and suggest options that fit your situation. Other members are also welcome to share what has helped them manage post-chemo fatigue and find steadier energy through the day.

8 hours agoHi! A.U. I have found what has helped me is diet and exercise. The exercise, is what you’re capable of doing. Not fast or hard. Steady and consistent! start slow and increase gradually. There are several ways to exercise, and there is much information available. You can also add supplements to help with recovery, ck with your health care team. Self care and maintenance is an important part of recovery.
