2 months agoWorrying about recurrence is incredibly common among cancer survivors, and these feelings are completely understandable given what you've been through. Many people in this community share similar concerns about their cancer returning, so you're definitely not alone in having these daily worries. Consider discussing these fears with your healthcare team, as they can provide guidance on follow-up care and coping strategies that might help ease some of this anxiety.

2 months agoI worry everyday about it coming back. I’ve been in remission for a little over a year from brain cancer metastasized from my colon. I’m seeing a therapist so that helps somewhat. Having MRIs about every 3-4 months and CT Scans every 4-5 months. So I’m ok until about a few weeks before the tests, then I drive myself crazy wondering if the tests will show up cancer. So you are not alone!

2 months agoYou are not alone! I live in fear that my cancer will return. The best thing I have found is not to think about it and carry on so long as I am well enough to do so. Good luck to all of us! Look for the joy😊

7 days agoHello! I’m Cynthia and had High Grade/stage 1 bladder cancer. Because it was high grade I was told the probability of it coming back was high so I fear it coming back every day. I would like very much to never have that thought anymore.
