Has anyone tried Tulsa Pro heat ablation for stage 2 prostate cancer?

Tulsa Pro is a newer focal therapy option that uses MRI-guided focused ultrasound for precise heat treatment. While it's FDA-approved and available at select medical centers, it's still considered an emerging treatment with limited long-term data compared to more established options. Dear Peter D: I’m Stage 1 Gleason 4+4 localized now 3 years post diagnosis and 2 years post treatment with radiation and ADT. I am not familiar with your recommended treatment but I say by all means TAKE IT—if it allows you to avoid the living hell I’ve been through and now see it accomplished essentially nothing. You are only intermediate risk, not high. If you’re also physically fit, odds are you’ve got time for the more conventional and highly destructive treatments if they ever prove necessary. If I had it to do over I’d take no treatment and risk the cancer to avoid my two years of castration with its near destruction of my marriage and extreme health debilitations. I wish I’d had your doctor!
