a month agoWhile sending positive thoughts is wonderful, I'd also encourage you to write down any last-minute questions for your surgical team tomorrow - sometimes having that list ready can help ease those pre-surgery jitters.

I greatly agree with the suggestion you write questions and/or journal or anything else that commits brilliant thoughts (which surgery can bring about) to writing, such that you can review anytime later. You may be surprised at how insightful you can be under unusual stress! Dave Stauffer, Denver

a month agoI am very glad you are doing well. My thoughts and prayers are with you for your recovery. There is a very good life with after a prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment. Embrace it and try not to let it take over your life. That is what I am trying to do and it helps.
