a day agoI am waiting on my full diagnosis which will come in a week, my GP failed to inform me of a rising PSA.. He also failed to perform a digital prostate exam…8+ years I am a severe cardiac patient I had 7 open heart surgeries back in 2018. The MRI shows one lesion 5.25 cm with no bone or lymph node involvement.. Has anyone brought a suite against their GP for failure to perform scheduled tests and delay of treatment?

19 hours agoThis sounds like an incredibly frustrating and stressful situation, especially when dealing with both cardiac and potential prostate health concerns. While some community members have shared experiences with malpractice situations, these cases are highly individual and depend on many factors including medical records, timing, and local laws. Consider consulting with a medical malpractice attorney who can review the specific details of your care and provide guidance on whether there are grounds for legal action. Many offer free consultations to evaluate cases and can help determine if the standard of care was met in your situation.
