Cancer treatments can definitely impact libido and intimacy, and many couples in the cancer community face similar challenges together. Consider having an open conversation with both your healthcare team about potential solutions and with each other about different ways to maintain closeness and connection during this time.

I’m sorry Lidia ! I went on my own tangent. My wife who has passed March 19 th this year and she was not interested in sex for years and it wasn’t due to her death. It was painful for her being dry and girl stuff. I was going hey what’s up and was disappointed we had a great relationship. Restaurants, farmers markets, concerts and coffee . I took care of myself so I didn’t have attitude because I love her so much. I wish I could have her back in a heartbeat! There’s so much more than sex. I hold her ashes sometimes as I sleep. I’m so sorry you’re going through this it’s so shallow for him to be this way. You deserve better. I give you a big hug 😘

Hi Just be there. Sexually satisfaction - there is so much more possible than intercourse. Talk - find out what could help. What you can and can’t do. Later…E

One of the things doctors don’t tell you is how your sex drive can be lowered as well as how sex can be very painful as well. I hope your husband can understand that your body is going through a lot. Speak with your oncologist and see what she/he can suggest. Good luck.

Intermittency is huge problem, essentially if you had breast cancer hormone related . Because once you are on those blockers you will not be interested, the pain is dreadful . dryness the drought 🪾 will kill your interests.
