Debby. My oncologist wants me to have Car T. I don't after sct lasted less than a year. I have no care takers who can take off work for 6 to 8 weeks. I want to pursue other treatments first and I want to live life.

Making treatment decisions when caregiver support isn't available presents real challenges that many in the cancer community face. This situation highlights how important it is to have open conversations with your medical team about your specific circumstances and explore all available options that might work better for your current life situation. Consider reaching out to local cancer support organizations or social workers who might know about resources for patients who need assistance during treatment periods.
