My husband was rediagnosed with renal cancer after 7 yrs ago having his left kidney removed. He has tried keyruda + inlyta for a few months but his immune system reacted to the keyruda. Now after 2 yrs finds him on welrig ( belfuitan- apologize for spelling). Now he is finding his blood oxygen dropping as the iron but the oncology team seem not to be concerned even though his pulse oxygen is mid 80's. Has anyone been on this drug and had this reaction? These times are frustrating and scary times. We are very concerned needless to say. Thanks for reading sorry to be so long in my story God bless

It sounds incredibly concerning to see those oxygen levels, and it's completely understandable to feel worried when the medical team doesn't seem to share the same level of concern. Blood oxygen changes can occur with various cancer treatments, and other community members may have valuable experiences to share about similar situations with this medication. Consider asking the oncology team for specific reasons why they aren't concerned about the mid-80s readings, or request a second opinion if the symptoms continue - advocating for clear answers about treatment side effects is always appropriate.
