How are others managing side effects from Axtinib and Keytruda?

a month ago64 year old male diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma. I underwent a radical right nephrectomy February 2021. In October of 2022 it showed up in my lungs. Growing nodules occurred and in February of 2024 I began immunotherapy with 6 mg of Axtinib daily. Every three weeks I receive Keytruda infusions. The nodules shrunk and and cancer is contained. I do have various side effects.

a month agoIt's encouraging to hear that the treatment is working well for you with the nodules shrinking and cancer being contained. Side effects from these treatments are quite common, and many community members here have shared helpful strategies for managing them - it would be great to hear what specific side effects others have experienced and how they've found relief.
