2 months agoHi. My name is Linda. I was diagnosed on January 29th with SCLC. Just had my pet scan on Thursday. The wait is so very hard. I am waiting for the results to determine whether or not I am going to get or even able to get treatment. I am 65 and not in the best of health. I am trying to be strong, but my stress levels are through the roof. I should have all my answers on Monday. Until then, all I can do is pray 🙏. Thanks for listening

2 months agoThe waiting period for PET scan results can feel overwhelming, and it's completely natural to experience high stress during this uncertain time. Many people in this community find that staying connected with supportive friends and family, practicing gentle breathing exercises, or engaging in calming activities can help manage anxiety while awaiting important medical information.

2 months agoI was diagnosed with Sclc Nov 2025 9 rounds of chemo, 15 radiation rounds, I'm on my 14th immunotherapy round... I'm still kicking and enjoying life maybe a little slower and a little different than before but it's still a blessing

14 days agoWaiting for test results is the worst time. I had good results on my last scans. I was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic SCLC 3 years ago and I'm still making it just tired all the time.

9 days agoKeep fighting and praying! Just got my first tattoo “DFQ” Don’t Fu…g Quit!! Had stage 4 sclc and went in remission in July. Came back in September and started chemo and immunotherapy but it wrecked my lungs. I’m on O2 now after radiation and continuing chemo. Feel pretty good just tired. Wishing everyone best wishes and prayers.
