How quickly can I start treatment after SCLC stage 4 diagnosis?

2 days ago55 yr just diagnosed this week sclc stage 4. Its effecting my right lung, liver, & bones. No treatment plan yet. I was trying to rush the surgeon to put the port in and pray my oncologist starts a plan ASAP. I'm in Ohio. Anyone else from Ohio?
