4 months agoMy physical therapist gave me some simple exercises that have really helped and my oncologist prescribed gabapentin. The combo has worked wonders for me.

4 months agoNeuropathy pain can be challenging to manage, and there are several treatment approaches that healthcare providers commonly recommend. These may include medications specifically designed for nerve pain, physical therapy, topical treatments, and lifestyle modifications. Many patients find that working closely with their medical team to try different combinations of treatments helps them discover what works best for their specific situation. Have others in the community found particular approaches helpful for managing neuropathy symptoms?

4 months agoI was getting neuropathy,my legs and feet hurt and my feet started swelling. I started using a mini under the desk cycle trainer, I started slowly and for short periods. I gradually increased my time, mileage, and strength until I started riding a bike, and started the same approach. I also alternated between walking. Happy to say I still walk and cycle regularly and I have no neuropathy.
