What you're experiencing is incredibly common among cancer survivors. Many people find that the anxiety about recurrence can feel overwhelming, even years into remission, and it's completely understandable given what you've been through. These feelings are so widespread that there's actually a term for it - "scanxiety" - and many survivors develop coping strategies through support groups, counseling, or connecting with others who truly get it.
