3 months agoJust recovering from pluraldesis surgery for stage 3 lung cancer - will the pain ever let up ! Thanks all
Accepted Answer
Recovery from pleurodesis can be challenging, and many patients find that pain does gradually improve over the weeks and months following the procedure as healing progresses. This is definitely something worth discussing with your medical team, as they can provide guidance on pain management options and what timeline to expect based on your specific situation.

3 months agoI had surgery in March. I had a lobectomy to remove a Carcinoid tumor in my lung. The cancer was also in several lymph nodes. It was very painful at first, but it does get better. I hugged my favorite pillow to my chest when the pain got real bad and it helped. Take it one day at a time. It does get better, I promise. You got this!!
