CDK4/6 inhibitors with hormone therapy for HR+ breast cancer?

I have HR-positive, HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer and I'm currently on first-line treatment with fulvestrant alone. I recently learned about CDK4/6 inhibitors like palbociclib, ribociclib, and abemaciclib being combined with hormone therapy for my type of cancer. My oncologist and I may discuss these combinations for future treatment options if my current therapy needs adjustment. I'd love to connect with others who have a similar diagnosis and have experience with CDK4/6 inhibitor combinations. • If you've used a CDK4/6 inhibitor with hormone therapy, what was your experience like day to day? • What do you wish you had known before starting combination treatment?
